New Employee and Position at Pro-Link

Pro-Link, a jansan-focused marketing and buying group based in Canton, Massachusetts, announces the hiring of Rich Parillo as the company’s new Building Service Contractor Specialist.

The new position has been created as a result of Pro-Link’s added emphasis on helping their members meet the business needs of their building service contractor customers. 

Previously, Parillo was the Director of Environmental Services at a large New York–area hospital. He then started and ran the Janitorial division of OR&L—a large construction, real estate marketing, and property management company with offices in Connecticut and Florida — into a multimillion-dollar enterprise in just a few years.

“We are especially excited to have Rich on board,” says Mike Nelson, Vice President of Marketing for Pro-Link. Nelson adds that the new Building Service Contractor Specialist position is an outgrowth of his firm’s BSC Resource Book, which was published about six months ago.  Parillo worked as an advisor for this book.

“The book’s goal was to help our members more thoroughly understand not only the needs of their BSC customers but how their businesses operate and the special challenges they must address every day,” he says. “One of Rich’s jobs will be to help us expand upon this foundation.”
